DO YOU OFFER DOG WALKING?

We now offer dog walking services. Please be aware that only dogs that walk well on the leash and are dog friendly will be accepted.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

I accept card or cash payments. However, fee's are applied if I accept payment through the website. Therefore, if you wish to pay by card please get in touch and I shall forward you my bank details to avoid additional charges. Payment must be given on the first day of service.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Owners must give a minimum of 24 hours notice if they no longer need more services (except in emergency situations such as a loss of family member). If suitable notice is not given there will be a 30% cancellation fee. In addition to this, no returns will be given if the owner decides to come home earlier than originally planned.

DO YOU PROVIDE PET SITTING SERVICES TO EXOTICS?

Before agreeing to provide our services to your exotic pet we shall require information on the species and the care your pet requires. Please get in touch with us to discuss this further.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR SERVICES OVER PEAK TIMES, BANK HOLIDAYS & THE HOLIDAY SEASON?

Yes, however, please be aware that this is subject to availability. Peak fees will also be applied. Please refer to Peak Fee calendar to see those dates.

WHAT FORM OF MEDICATION CAN YOU ADMINISTER?

Only certain sitters can administer medication.  Currently, Tanya is the only pet sitter that can meet this requirement. Tanya can administer all forms, including tablets, topical treatments, eye drops, ear drops and subcutaneous injections. However, please be aware if your pet is aggressive or requires more than one person to administer this medication we will be unable to assist you due to health and safety reasons. For clients that have diabetic pets, please get in touch before booking.

DO YOU HAVE PET BUSINESS INSURANCE?

Yes, we are insured with protectivity insurance and hope this offers you extra piece of mind whilst your pet is in our care.

WHAT AREAS DOES PAWSOME PET CARE COMPANY COVER?

Please be aware that pet sitters cover different catchment area's. You can find this information on 'meet the team'.

WHEN DO THE SITTERS COLLECT THE KEYS?

Prior to booking, the owner(s) and the sitter will meet before hand to go over where your pets food, water and litter tray are kept. In addition to this owner(s) and the sitter will discuss any further care required . It will be at this meeting the sitter will collect the keys if you wish to go forward with the booking.

DO YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE A BOOKING REQUEST FOR EACH VISIT?

Unfortunately, 'WIX' the website I use for my website currently does not have a feature where clients can book multiple visits/services across multiple days. Clients have to complete a booking request for each visit they require. For example, 2 visits per day would be two booking request forms for the day. I understand this is inconvenient and apologise. This is a feature 'WIX' plans to incorporate soon! Please contact me directly if you wish for bookings. In the meantime, I have made the booking request form as little as possible to fill in!

 

DO YOU BOARD PETS?

Unfortunately, we do not board pets but we can provide visits, day & overnight stays.
